Crafty cookery means several things to me. I like to recreate familiar foods from ingredients I can eat and I love to create layers of flavor that are unexpected but still delicious. You will find a very eclectic collection of recipes here but hopefully ones you will enjoy as much as I enjoyed creating them. The search function on this site is very thorough so if you’re looking for a particular recipe or ingredient give it a shot. I try to answer questions in a timely manner though, between my health and graduate school, sometimes things slip through the cracks.
